About This Project
The Elliot Medical Center at Londonderry
Londonderry, NH
The Elliot Medical Center at Londonderry is a multi-phase medical development; it is designed to provide world-class outpatient medical services to the Londonderry community, extend the reach of Elliot Hospital, and create a new “brand” for the facility, with a focus on warm, inviting, patient-centered care.
The building features large atriums, which allow light to penetrate into the building, as well as glass pedestrian links that provide direct access to distinct functional areas of the facility. The new building also includes space for medical office facilities, doctors’ offices, private practices and an ambulatory care surgical services complex.
The project’s four phases are divided into the below stages:
Phase 1 – 50,000 SF – Primary Care/Urgent Care/Radiology
Phase 2 – 30,000 SF – Medical office building
Phase 3 – 15,000 SF – Ambulatory care surgical services complex
Phase 4 – 60,000 SF – Medical facility
